By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Alpha Bot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or use Alpha Bot.

2. License

Purchasing Alpha Bot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the product according to your purchased plan.

Ownership of Alpha Bot, including all source code, assets, branding, and intellectual property, remains with Alpha Development.

Your purchase grants a license to use the software—it does not transfer ownership.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Use Alpha Bot on servers covered by your purchased license.
  • Configure and customize the bot through the provided dashboard and settings.
  • Receive updates included with your purchased plan.
  • Contact our support team for assistance.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share Alpha Bot without written permission.
  • Share your license or account with unauthorized users.
  • Claim Alpha Bot as your own work.
  • Remove or alter copyright notices or branding where prohibited.
  • Attempt to bypass licensing, authentication, or security systems.
  • Use Alpha Bot for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activities.
  • Use Alpha Bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

5. Updates

Alpha Bot is actively developed. We may release:

  • Security updates
  • Bug fixes
  • Dashboard enhancements

Some features may be added, modified, replaced, or removed as Alpha Bot evolves.

6. Availability

8. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Tebex and its supported payment providers.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect completed purchases.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because Alpha Bot is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available except in situations outlined in our Refund Policy.

10. Support

Support is provided through our official Discord server.

While we aim to respond promptly, response times may vary depending on workload, weekends, holidays, and support volume.

Support does not include custom development, feature requests, or modifications unless explicitly agreed upon.

11. Intellectual Property

All content associated with Alpha Bot, including but not limited to:

  • Source code
  • Dashboard
  • Graphics
  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Documentation
  • Designs
  • Databases
  • Features

is the intellectual property of Alpha Development and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use Alpha Bot.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • Server downtime
  • Discord account issues
  • Third-party software conflicts

Your use of Alpha Bot is at your own risk.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Abuse our support staff.
  • Engage in fraudulent activity.
  • Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or circumvent licensing systems.
  • Use Alpha Bot for illegal purposes.

Termination may result in the permanent loss of access to Alpha Bot, updates, and support.

14. Third-Party Services

Alpha Bot integrates with third-party platforms and services, including Discord and Tebex.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, API changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Updated versions will be published on our website or Tebex store. Continued use of Alpha Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
