Alpha Bot is a digital product that is delivered immediately after purchase. Because access is granted instantly, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
• You were billed due to a verified payment processing error.
• You purchased the wrong package and have not activated or used your license (reviewed on a case-by-case basis).
• We are unable to provide the purchased service due to an issue on our end that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Changing your mind after purchase.
• Purchasing the wrong package after the product has been delivered or activated.
• Failure to read the product description or system requirements before purchasing.
• Incompatibility with third-party software, bots, plugins, hosting providers, or custom modifications that are not officially supported.
• Server misconfiguration or user error.
• Loss of access due to violating our Terms of Service.
• Removal from our Discord server for violating community rules.
• Requests made after successfully using the product.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:

• Immediate suspension or revocation of your Alpha Bot license.
• Termination of access to updates and support.
• Permanent restriction from future purchases.

We encourage all customers to contact us first so we can work toward a fair resolution.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please provide:

• Your Tebex order ID
• The email address used for the purchase
• A detailed explanation of the issue

Each request will be reviewed individually, and a response will typically be provided within 3–5 business days.
